O2 sensor position??

I've been acused of a lean bank. I chequed for leaks but non appeared.

So I notice, When I did my whole tubing, I deleted fisically the O2 post Cat sensors and Relocated the O2 preCat sensors.

They are not in a parellel position, meaning, one is close to the Colector, and the other is close to the Trans oil pan.

Will thos cause the lean consition of one of the blanks?

I just switched the O2 As per Allen orders, and I'll scan tonight, but thy help will be really apreciated

Not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me? But from the pics it looks like one 02 sensor is reading bank 2 and the other is further downstream after the ypipe reading bolth bank 1 and 2? You cant do that.

Most guys have problems with stock 02's being moved further downstream do to Headers and heat disapation. Your cam is not helping much either. A proven fix is the Bosch 13111's Vettte rear 02 sensors if your sensor location is not to much downstream.

You have a large cam, no cats, big exhaust =Poor EGT and your 02 sensors are way to far downstream to function even with the 13111 sensors.

Quick fix would be to buy a wideband and tune in open loop You can also use the widband to simulate a narrowband and play with the switch points, lower your idle closed throttle spark adv to raise EGT's. But if what I see in the pics is correct? You need to reposition your 02's further upstream as close as you can to the stock location IMO

Eyes playing tricks, but just because you dont have more info.

I have from the headers colectors 2 independent 3" tubes going to a dual magnaflow mufler.
The copilot tube is in picture 2 and goes straight form the colector to the mufffler. The pilot header have togo to the bridge of the trans and make a curve to intercep the muffler. The way I did it like that was to clear the trans pan for quick oil channges.

The O2 in picture 2 is just after the colector really up stream, meanwhile the other is way back as you said, downstream.

I have and AEM WB sensor here with me, but havent intall it yet. So I guees I'll relocated the OE sensor as near as the colector I can, and use the other bung for the WB O2.

On Allen advice, I found two leaks in the intake manifold on the injectors. I'll fix that and hope for that to cure the lean problem

I think I'm looking at it correctly. Try and locate the O2's about where the exahust passes the frame. Hope that made sense.
If you have long tube headers, then locate them right on the collector, if you have shorties, then locate the o2's in the factory location.
If you have a custom setup, try to get them next to or near the bell housing area.
From the pics, they look a little too far down.

Now on to the high ltrim.
I think it's being caused by an air leak in the exhaust somewhere.
Check the o2 bung also, it make have a leak there.
A common leak is on the exhaust manifold gasket.

keep me updated, one problem down, one to go, then we'll continue!
