Purchase an Aeroforce Interceptor gauge that you can plug into your OBDII giving you 20+ other items or have your mileage plugged into a Denali or Esky cluster.....
I got the Escalade cluster for mine, its just plug and play and only costs around $225, plus you get really pretty guages to boot!

I know this is an old thread but I thought I'd post an update. A friend of mine had a spare diesel cluster that hes letting me use and it works fine in my 1500.
