It's from this months motor magazine. You've probably heard of this company. They also sell the alldata TSB's and tech manuals. It explains basic principles and components/schematics of w/b's in oem apps.

I've seen that article somewhere, good stuff though. I like the idea of using widebands like that in stock vehicles. Soon I will have my hptuners interface and can get the truck dialed in with a wideband!
