Does anyone know where I might be able to find the best possible wiring diagram (or pinouts) for an '02 Silverado? What I've got is a 5.3/4L60E setup, with engine harness only, and underhood fuse block. I want to get a hold of diagrams that'll show me exactly what's plugged into the fuse block. Thanks!

See if this will help, go to alldata.com and get yourself an online subcription for an '02 Silverado, that's probably the easiest way to go, that way you have all the info at your fingertips.
I've done this for a few vehicles and it's necessary when doing your swap.

    good luck,

Yes, as far as up to 03 or 04 models, it's a bit behind.
Go to the diy section, I think, and you'll see you can buy a subscriptio for your truck, I think it's 15$ a year.

I realize you asked this question a long time ago but maybe someone else could use the info. GM service manuals on CD are often available on Ebay for a reasonable price. I picked up my set for around $35. (compared with the single year and model paper Helms manuals at $95) The original sets (as opposed to the duplicates currently being offered on Ebay) have complete service manuals for ALL GM models dating back to 98 I believe and some but not all information from 96 and 97. The set I have is complete to 2005 I believe if not 2006. (I'm at work now and can't check 'em) They are an incredible source of information on the differences between years... Every diagram, every fault isolation chart, all specs, etc., etc. These are the same CDs the dealerships used until they transitioned to solely online access.
From what I understand GM will not be issuing or updating the CDs anymore so if you can pick up an original set (or a good copy) it will be money well spent. Just FYI.

    Ebay Service Manuals

I can't vouch for this guy or his product.... and his description is real generic and may not be the actual Techline data regardless of what he says... it bears checking out further however if you are still on the hunt.

When I bought mine I got em in CD format so I got like 1 program CDs, 5 data CDs and a supplement CD. Since I only see DVDs offered now I suspect they are copies.... but maybe not. This next guy has what looks like the GM product but again it is only 1 DVD...

2nd Ebay Service Manuals on DVD

Be forwarned however that the Techline program doesn't work well with all Windows XP Home installations and is only verifed to work with XP Pro or Win 2000. Has to do with networking issues I've heard. My set would not run under XP Home (I have a home network) and I had to upgrade to Pro (got that from Ebay too)
I've got the manuals running on both my Den computer and one in the garage and these things have paid off for me big time.....

Hmm... may look into 2nd one. I saw this and thought, could be worth it. BTW, I got my XP Pro at no cost right before it's release. Took a training course (online) for Microsoft, and 3 weeks later, I get a disc in the mail.

*edit* Gonna take Allen's advice on ALLDATA. The wiring diagrams there are exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks, Allen!

AllData is the shiznit! Gotta do some splicin', pick up a set of gauges, and I'll see how well things go from there. I'll post up pics once I make the underhood area look nice (somewhat).
