Two Question.. Fog Lights and Seat heaters...

Hey folks, I have a 2004 GMC Sierra loaded with all the goodies. I have tow things that really upset me. One is all year and the other is just in winter time.

1st, is there anyway to reprogram so the fog lights are always on when the low beams are on? Everytime the truck is started the Fog light momentary button has to be pushed.

2nd, now that its winter and I have remote start is there anyway to reprogram the seat heaters to either recall their last setting or always start with their hottest setting?

Pretty sad when this is the only thing I can find about my truck the upsets me, .

what about putting a jumper from the headlight relay to the foglight relay...

doesnt painless have a harness to wire all 4 lights when high beams are on, maybe they got wut u want
