iPod adapter

I just got an Alpine HU installed and have the unit that plugs your ipod into the hu on the way(kca-420i) and was wondering how hard these are to install? I have a 2000 silvy ec. Thanks!

If you can get to the back of the head unit. Piece of cake. It plugs into the Ai-Bus with one cable, then you just have to hide the box somewhere and the other cable goes to your ipod when you want to use it. So keep the box accessible enough so you can plug in iPod while driving
