I am looking at buying a set of escalade gauges and was wondering if they would work in my truck. On ebay all listings I see are for 2000 and up and I drive a 99. One of the reasons I wanted to upgrade is for the trany temp gauge and I was wondering if it would read in my truck or do I need to get a sending unit for it.

They will work, are you talking about the ones from Jennings Chevrolet, I guess they just forgot about the 99 NBS trucks! Mine is a 99 an their "00-02" guages worked just fine.
