There aren't any major difference, even a 4.8 or 5.3L harness will run either one, as long as the throttle body is the same. Some might have provisions for 4wd, different trans connectors, etc. but the engine will run.
check with hiway auto, not sure if they can help you with that, but it's worth a shot.
