Kinda of a crappy dyno since we lost the rpm reference on this pull, but the HP numbers are there...
We had just finished up the cam, head, rocker, and injector install that morning. We dumped in a tune and drove around for 1/2 an hour or so to watch fuel trims and KR......

The tune was a ton rich up top and the first pull in second scared the sh!t out of me. The truck was bucking so hard from 4000 on out I thought it was going to break loose from the dyno... and BTW, I was in the back seat logging with HPT....

It took six pulls to get fueling leaned out enough up top to get rid of the bucking, and this is the dyno sheet from Vinci High Performance. We lost the RPM reference on this log but the prior one showed 480 ft/lbs @ 3800 rpm and peak power of 480 rwhp and it was still bucking due to the rich fueling...

Anyway we quit on this pull even though we were still rich... because you can see on the dyno it had already climbed to 93* outside. Since then, I have added e-fans and retuned the truck to about a 11.6 AFR up top....

This thing is fun for a 6000 lb beast....

    Dude, that thing is serious.

Does your Vortech have an internal gear step-up in it like my Procharger does? Just curious b/c that 3.12 pulley is WAY small compared to my 3.6.

    What psi do you hit?

Damn I go to lunch and the girls come out to play......Story of my life

Quick answers till I read through all the post.....

Stock Bottom on a 5.3L and a pure 12 psi... I installed a 2 BAR MAP sensor and it read 185.35 kPA yesterday in 110* heat...

    0-60 in about 5 seconds....

This thing is not an intercooled kit... Intercooler is on the way... I rely on a 50/50 mix of meth....

The pulley is three sizes down from stock... the secret in my truck is the cam/rocker/head combo....

    What else..?

BTW... those numbers were taken on Feb.22nd.... I have done a lot of tuning since then.....
