Went and got my truck dynoed Sat.
    1st pull= HP 254.22 TQ 259.79
    2nd pull= HP 236.30 TQ 250.32
Also the curves had a few bobbles in them, not smooth like all the other LS1 cars out there. But I figured that may just be because it was a truck. I would like to find my 20hp I lost on the second pull.

Then on the way home, I noticed a horrible miss. Worst around 2000rpm while slowly acellerating. WTF?? I thought it may be a tune problem, so I swapped my stock PCM back in, but it actually seemed worse with it. So I swapped my tuned PCM back in, and it got better till after about 150 miles. My plugs looked white to me, but I just put them in Thursday, so I don't know. Not real familiar with these motors, need help please.

I'm not sure what the deal is....who does your tune right now? My torque/hp curves were perfect, torque was totally flat! So I know its not just because its a truck.

Well I guess I can't lie. I didn't degree my cam. I bought it used. It pulls real hard, but when I dynoed it, they did two back to back pulls. The second one was 18 hp less Then when I left, I noticed a low rpm miss while under a load. Now it feels like its pulling timing in the upper rpms 4000-5000. I'm going to put it on the scanner ang get it retuned when I can, just was hoping to hear an easy fix. I also swapped plugs, and it seemed to clear up for a little bit, but then came right back. I also tried swapping the stock PCM back in, but it seemed worse with it.

Mess up a plug wire... such as pull a connector from a boot? I did, ran like ass.

Yea, I checked that at the track. No luck. I pulled my valve covers tonight and found a few pushrods I wasn't happy with. Cleaned them, and it seemed to make a word of difference. That rough idle caused by "the cam" was gone, and the low rpm miss seems to have left too. It still pops under load at high rpm, but I thibnk thats because I put my fouled iridiums back in. Hopefully they will clean theirselves?
