    White aint right.

    Well i finally dynoed my truck today. heres the numbers

    203.00RWHP
    264.60RWTQ
    @13.7 A/F ratio

    first run was the best, second run the truck pulled timing and i lost 4hp. Unfortunately, i still have my stock tune with the speed limiter set at 98mph. so my numbers aren't as high as they should have been. but good enough for baseline.

    i already have all the bolt on stuff in my signature, i dont feel like investing too much into the 4.8L while i'm building a 5.7L to replace it

    tuning will come soon enough, runs great for now. i figure allen can squeeze another 20hp out of it the false knocking is a problem though, noisey lifters.

    You'd be surprised what that tune will do to it.

    Well, if you are building a 5.7, then quit wasting $$ on the 4.8

    DUh! thats my point chuckle heads, i've done all of the easy bolt on stuff. i can get performance now with the 4.8L and when i put the 5.7L in, i wont have to do any bolt-on mods, they'll already be there. now thats a plan!
