    taking bets

    so my motor is togather now, and nothing on it will change.

    I have a 6.0 lq4 with cnc ported 243's(stage 1) milled .025 (10.6:1 cr) ls6 intake, 1 5/8th mid-length headers, ported tb, tr224cam(224/224 single pattern with a 112lsa) and yella terra 1.8 ratio rockers(brings lift up to .59x)

    This is going through a 3000 stall, 60e(performance clutches and servo's) and a ford 8.8 with 3.73s and trak loc posi.

    I'm hoping for 400rwhp but thinking around 375rwhp.

    it will be a while before she gets tuned, but I just want to see what you guys think. eventually I might get some 1 3/4 lt, but havent had that much luck yet.

    i see the 1 5/8 primaries hurting ya, your compression figure seems off a hair. i though that comes out to about 10.85cr

    also think the rockers will hurt your power vs gain you some. with all being said depending on how aggresive tune is id say 375 ish

    I agree with the header guess but it ought to do well. The 60 will probably be OK for a good while in a light S-10.

    heads are right about 61cc, with the lq4 pistons I calculated 10.6x to 1, if its higher I wont complain. I cant afford the long tubes that fit. cheap, non tuned long tubes are 750 uncoated, not worth the few hp to me since coated 1 5/8ths are 450. when headman makes some long tubes that work with ac i'll get them. it will be a 91 tune.

    with a good tune i would say it should def. be around 375
