Fluid or Trans failure
after driving on the imterstate for 40 miles running 85+ I notice the engine revving high, should be at 2500 but was at 3k, and give it more gas and it tachs higher without an increase in speed, i was already AT MY EXIT so i get off and come to a stop sign, take off and it goes through first fine, then shifts to second and revs freely, up to around 5k, i let off and it shifts into third and acts fine, i pull in where we're eating and check fluid, full but dark burnagady with no smell. after an hour dinner I drive it 50 miles home with zero problems, babying it of course, later when it was cold again i went for a test drive, stomped it and no slppage?
