Front AC on brother's '03 Tahoe not working

As stated in the title the front AC on my brother's Tahoo doesn't work. I'll give a description of the problem.

A couple months ago the battery cable came off while driving and ever since then the AC is messed up. To begin the little snowflake icon on the climate control display has a line through it and at idle the AC won't blow through the front vents no matter what you do. If you take it up to highway speed you can feel a little air coming through the front vents but it's not very cold. The rear AC seems to blow good even though it's not as cold as I think it should be.

Sounds like the HVAC needs the position relearn procedure for the actuators. Common when batteries get swapped.
