I use only a sheep skin wash mit on my truck, nothing else touches it.Then I use the california water blade to dry it and if any other drying is needed then I just dab the paint with a microfiber towel ONLY from poorboys,no bath towels touch my paint, over time they will cause webs in the paint and you can really see it in the direct sun light. When I wash my sheepskin wash mit and microfiber towels I do not use much detergent at all, very very little and I wash them 1 more time with no detergent to make sure no soap is left in them.I am very anal about this as you can tell but my paint is stock and looks good cause I take such good care of it.Now I do have a few scratches but that happened back when my dad had the truck but he also took very good care of it.When I do wash my mit and microfiber towels I use very mild detergants, nothing harsh or strong.I wash them after damn near every use and be sure to make sure that there is no dirt or ANYTHING on them before use to keep it from scratching the paint.Hope this helps some.
