So if just got done with a 2/4 drop and I'm not happy. I want a 4/6 now, I figured I would c-notch it for the rear, but I have no idea how to go another 2 inches in the front since its a 4wd???

How did you lower the front? Keys or knuckles?

Go with the drop spindles.
in my truck the 4" drop in the front did not affect the CV angle in a negative way. (keys and Drop Spindles used), Now 5" lower in the front is a CV shaft problem !!!!!!
Mcgaughy's 33004
Belltech 2508
