    race wheels?

    what wheels do you guys get for drag racing? i want some light 16s with slicks what are your setups?

    Most run 15s because slicks are cheaper and more avaliable.

    i think some people run stock 16's with slicks... i have hoosier 28x10.5x16

    some people go with 15's... or bogarts...

    Drum brake trucks can run 15's on the rear no problem, gotta run 17's on the front because of the brakes, so Tahoe spares make for a nice set of light front runners

    i would sell my 20's for some light 17's or 18's but there isnt much selection in ''light'' wheels in a 6 lug pattern lol

    I used to run the same wheels on my truck. The wheel with a goodyear tire weighed 84lbs each. Then I went to centerlines in an 18, now I am back to 16" centerlines.LOL. At the track I run stock aluminum 16s, pretty light.
    04 Silverado ext cab. 4.8, K&N, Pacesetter lt's, e cutout, slp loudmouths, Wheatley tune.
