truck got keyed..new paint on the way

Well as some of you know my truck was keyed on sunday night and the body shop said it was going to need all new paint except for the roof. Well Im paying the extra money for 100% of the truck to get painted, also having the front bumper cover painted to match and possibly the tailgate handle. (the shop wont paint over the oem stuff, they will order new parts from chevy if they are paintable) so we will see about the tailgate. Also not going to have any emblems put back on the truck, just the molding. They are also taking out all of the dents and stuff. Also the hard top cover frame broke in the corner so now Im out a bed cover...

Well this is what it looked like after the keying, I only took a few pictures

well the body shop got to work and here was the progress as of Nov 4th

NOV 5th they have gotten to sanding down the body and taken everything else off of it

Looks like they are working pretty hard

Well congrats on the outcome despite the way it happened. Looks like it'll be a great looking truck when its done again.

well its costing me a few pretty pennies to have it done right, estimate at this point is 1800, so my LS2 swap is getting pushed back further and further...
