so my neighbor just bought a custom bumper for his '03 silverado, and he gave his stock one to me. i was wondering if there was any way to possibly make it fit on my '02 because i am desperate for a new front bumper.

There is a way. Someone on chevytruckworld.com did this a few months ago if i remember correctly. The only thing is the gaps can come out a little bigger.

There are 2 L brackets...and 4 bolts under grill.....
Take off your old one, put new one up where it has to go, drill/bend brackets as required. Pretty easy.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
hmmmm. sounds easy. what the hell, its worth a try, i mean the bumper was free
