    Tailgate cap

Right now the cap on my tailgate is just the regular black cap. I am looking to buy a new one that looks like a shelf. I noticed it has 4 holes that screws go into and was wondering if my tailgate has the holes already in it or if they are something I would have to drill.

I've got a local guy selling a factory take off for $25.00. What all does the mounting kit entail?
