    new wheels yes or no

ok guys a friend of mine has a set of wheels for sale, for a really good deal.the wheels are 20" with new tires. i had the chance to mount one tire on the truck without the center cap. give me your opinions on what you think. i planned on a different set of wheels but its to good of a deal to pass.
