curious?
on my bumper i want to paint the lower valence that holds my fog lights and the top plastic piece over my chrome part that holds my license plate...can it be painted or do i have to go get new fiberglass pieces that are a smoother finish?

Yes it can be painted. You have to remove all the teture first though.
