    NBS silverado steel hood

anyone know where I can find some good looking steel hoods for a new body style silverado. I have found 2 styles but didnt like either of them. I seen a fiberglass hood on ebay that I liked but I really dont want a fiberglass hood, and they wanted way too much.

here is one I found that im not too crazy over. I think it will look better if if didnt have the indentions in the top of the cowl. I may end up getting this hood and doing something with the indentions.

let me know if you guys find anything else for the NNBS trucks. Thanks

You would need way too much filler to fill the voids. After a few slams of the hood it would break off if not crack. The best way would be to cut the small indention out, bring the rest of the panel up level with the rest of the hood, and then weld it up. Too much work if you ask me but if no one else makes what you like then let the customizing begin.

A waste unfortunately. A hail storm paid for my cowl hood. It was actually cheaper than buying a new one. Buy something that will make it go fast. Just my opinion
