DON'T DO IT!! I'm all about blacked out trucks/cars and street fighter bikes, but a painted GMC grill looks flat out cheap. Personally, I like 95% black with just a touch of chrome to break it up. The Silverado's are another story... they look sick blacked out.
Get blacked out lights and delete the emblem then see what you think.
I'll be painting my lower valence, rear bumper, and getting blacked out projector headlights and escalade handles.

I say go for it!
On a side note...why does no one ever do a whiteout? Everything is always blacked out...I was just thinking about it.

Geez! Way to go. Haha just kidding man. I am thinking about trying to find another one like you did and do the painting myself...I'm hoping it will work.
