Advice fo fit of SS Bumper Cover

I did a prefit of my Street Scene SS Bumper cover on my 2002 Silverado today and I have three distinctive "waves" in the top flat smooth part of the cover. What can be done to correct this. Can you guys give me some advise on making sure this thing installs and looks correct?

    Thanks,

The waves in the top of this thing are 1.5 to 2.5 inches off the top of the bumper cap (black textured part). I would have to sit three cement blocks on this thing to get it to lay down and the waves just move around. I am thinking I am sending this thing back. It honostly looks like it is no where close on being the correct fit.

Yea The Bumper Covers Usually Come With A Little Strip Of 3m,but You Will Need Way More Than That.

O.K. here are pictures. The corners fit around the bumper and top bumper cap perfectly. But the top middle is very "wavey" and the bottom looks de-formed or possibly damaged. Tell me what you guys think. I also put pictures of the corners in so you can see how well the ends fit. Sorry for the cat's tail in one photo; they own the place.
