    front end/grille

So I have been doing some thinking about maybe changing up the paint scheme a little and getting some minor body work done towards the end of the summer (dents fixed, scratches etc.) And I was thinking about maybe take my grille shelle and blacking the entire thing out, but a shiny black. I dunno I saw the grille shell on a tahoe all blacked out and it looked pretty sweet. But the tahoe of course was black. Any thoughts? Im just getting bored with the look of my truck I guess..

Here is a photo. if anyone wants to do a quick photoshop have at it.

David, I would do Like I told you and get some weather stripping to go arround the edge of the holes you cut infront of your intercooler. And your grill would look tight black. I also like the SS styler bumper, but if you paint yours to match, it would look sweet.

ide say defintly paint it...but match it to ur truck i did it to mine and it made my truck look totaly dif!! i think black ould just add another color to ur truck and too many colors is not necessarily a good thing!! but thats just my 2cents!
    - ss conversion in progress!!- so far ive got a 2004 silverado rcsb with a ss front bumper, efx rear roll pan, tinted tails, lebra tonneau cover, 20% window tint front and 10%rear!, custom painted grill, ss door handles, 6000k h.i.d, and custom muffler dump'd before the axle! motor swap next in line!!!

Also if you paint the chrome partof the grill, and the chrome part of the bumper black, it would look good too. Not too much black, or to little.

Hey Slim, if you like that bumper, I have a brand new one in my garage that I decided not to use. Let me know if you're interested in buying it from me. Sorry to hijack the thread. Paint it all. Just my two cents.
